the restaurant was pleasant with the complimentary breakfast, we ordered freshly cooked dishes. it was quiet and easy to move around, separate bathroom. the location was marvellous and perfect, for example, bus was not too far from the hotel.

truly enjoyed every detail about our very good 1 night stay here. the service was welcoming with parking on-site.

Great location, only 5-minute walk from the bus station. Spacious bedrooms, with larger-than-average bathrooms. Good breakfast and the restaurant was top choice in town. Beautiful resort, short walk to the village. Amazingly helpful staff. Lovely balcony with garden view.

Besides, the location was convenient and decent for our stay, within 10 minutes' walk of bus. Room was a nice size and available with PL games and veranda overlooking a tranquil garden, for example...

We had a fantastic value for our money at Golden Sunrise in Kyaikto! The room was spacious, clean, and had a well-equipped bathroom. The hotel's location near the bus station was super convenient for our trek to the Golden Rock. The staff were always available, friendly, and made us feel right at home.

Our only suggestion for improvement would be to have more breakfast options available.

Convenient Location

This place is in such a great spot, right by the bus station and the village center. The tropical gardens are really lovely, and it's super close to the bus station that takes you to the golden rock. 🌴

The hotel has brand-new rooms and is located in a very nice area. It is very near to the bus station which connects you with the Golden Rock. They serve good coffee, tea, and eggs in the morning. The staff provides extra care and is very friendly.

We recently stayed at a hotel nestled in the edge of the forest, and it was a delightful experience. the rooms were spacious and clean, with a large bathroom that exceeded our expectations. the staff provided exceptional service, always going above and beyond to accommodate our needs. the breakfast spread was delicious and offered a variety of options. We were also amazed by the stunning view of the mountains from our room. the hotel had a lovely garden that added to the serene atmosphere.

There were a few mosquitoes in our room, which was a minor inconvenience.

The staff at this hotel were really kind and made my stay a great experience. The location was perfect, right by a Chinese restaurant and the Kyaiktiyo Pagoda.

We absolutely loved our stay at Golden Sunrise! The bungalows were spacious and beautifully decorated, with all the amenities we needed. The staff were incredibly friendly and always had a smile on their faces. The breakfast, especially the French toast, was amazing and we enjoyed it in the gorgeous garden setting. We also loved relaxing on our veranda after a busy morning at the temple. The location was perfect, just a short 5-minute walk from the center of Kinpun village and there were plenty of good restaurants nearby. We only wish we could have stayed longer!

The shower had hot water and the soft mattress was a nice touch. the hotel is located in a quiet area and has a restaurant. the beautiful surroundings were filled with colorful plants and flowers, creating a lovely atmosphere. the staff were helpful and friendly, creating a pleasant stay. the breakfast provided was also good.
